“Business development is not about selling. It is about building trusted professional relationships.”

NICK TALK FOR PRESENTATION.png

I created this course because I wanted to make business development feel more accessible and less intimidating for clinicians.

In most clinical training, no one sits down with you and explains what business development actually is in the context of private practice.

You’re taught how to do good clinical work, but not how to build visibility, nurture referral relationships or grow a practice in a way that feels ethical and sustainable.

Many people hear the phrase “business development” and assume it means selling.

In reality, the work is much more about relationships, trust, visibility and professional connection.

This course is my way of breaking that down into clear, practical steps you can actually use in your own context – so you can feel more confident talking about your work, building the right relationships and securing the future of your practice.

What I really liked: The small chunks of learning and the breaking down of big tasks into individual steps.
