Nick began his career over 17 years ago at The Priory Roehampton, working alongside some of the UK's most respected clinicians and healthcare leaders.

 

It was here that he developed a deep understanding of the mental health sector and built an extensive professional network. Known for his industry knowledge and ability to connect people and opportunities, Nick became a trusted figure within the field, helping services and clinicians navigate an ever-evolving healthcare landscape.

After more than a decade at The Priory, Nick took the leap into independent consultancy. This allowed him to work with organisations and professionals whose values aligned with his own, supporting a wide range of services across outpatient care, addiction treatment, sober living, home detoxification, and secondary rehabilitation and more. Along the way, he found a particular passion for working directly with clinicians, helping them develop the confidence, skills, and strategies needed to achieve their professional and financial goals.

 

Today, Nick continues to consult with healthcare providers and organisations looking to establish or grow their presence in the UK market. However, his greatest satisfaction comes from supporting individual clinicians, whether they are transitioning into private practice, looking to attract more clients, or seeking to build a thriving business that reflects both their expertise and their values.
